I’m feeling overwhelmingly grateful for so many things right now – for the life choices I’ve made and been allowed to make, for how I’m currently able to earn my living, for where I’ve chosen to live and the people I’m meeting here. Cultivating a regular practice of gratitude can keep us healthier and happier. Studies have shown that keeping a gratitude journal increases our determination, attention, enthusiasm, optimism and energy levels.
